Our journey began in 1992 when the Lisjak family opened one of the first olive oil mills in Istria, marking a significant milestone in the region's olive oil heritage.

In 2023, we proudly introduced our new ''Gregor Lisjak'' brand, a boutique line of premium extra virgin olive oils crafted by Gregor Lisjak and his family from olives harvested in our estate in Krkavče, which boasts over 2000 olive trees.
The olives are processed in just a couple of hours, with cold pressing method, in our own olive oil mill in Krkavče.
