Our journey began in 1992 when the Lisjak family opened one of the first olive oil mills in Istria, marking a significant milestone in the region's olive oil heritage.
In 2023, we proudly introduced our new ''Gregor Lisjak'' brand, a boutique line of premium extra virgin olive oils crafted by Gregor Lisjak and his family from olives harvested in our estate in Krkavče, which boasts over 2000 olive trees.
The olives are processed in just a couple of hours, with cold pressing method, in our own olive oil mill in Krkavče.

About us
Our story goes back to 1992. Ours is a brand of boutique extra virgin olive oil produced by Gregor Lisjak, his wife Barbara and their team.
Our process begins with harvesting olives at the peak of ripeness, followed by immediate cold pressing in our own olive mill, to preserve their natural essence and antioxidants. The unique terroir of Krkavče, with its rich soil and ideal climate, contributes to the exceptional taste and aroma of our olive oil. We are committed to sustainable practices, making our production environmentally friendly while delivering a premium product that reflects our dedication to quality and craftsmanship.
Olive mill
Lisjak olive mill was one of the first olive oil mills in the Istria region.
At our olive mill in Krkavče, we take great pride in producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil, leveraging traditional methods combined with modern techniques to ensure the best flavor and health benefits.
Production
A perfect condition cellar for extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a cool, dark, and well-ventilated environment, to prevent the oil from degrading.
Bottling is conducted in controlled atmosphere, using our automatic filling line. Regular checks on the storage conditions ensure that our extra virgin olive oil remains in pristine condition, ready for use or sale.
