Our journey began in 1992 when the Lisjak family opened one of the first olive oil mills in Istria, marking a significant milestone in the region's olive oil heritage.
In 2023, we proudly introduced our new ''Gregor Lisjak'' brand, a boutique line of premium extra virgin olive oils crafted by Gregor Lisjak and his family from olives harvested in our estate in Krkavče, which boasts over 2000 olive trees.

Our estate showcases a diverse range of olive tree varieties, primarily cultivated in the Krkavče region, with additional groves just above Portorož. We begin our meticulous harvest at the end of September and process the olives within hours at our own olive oil mill. To ensure the utmost quality, we filter the oil and store it in 1000-liter barrels under ideal temperatures and nitrogen, keeping it free from oxygen and preserving its exquisite flavor and freshness.
The investment in our farm is partly funded by the EU and RS.

Perfect condition olive oil cellar
After extracting the finest olive oil at our mill, we filter the oil, which is a crucial step in ensuring its purity and exceptional quality. This careful filtration process removes any impurities, allowing the true flavors and nutrients of the olives to shine. Once filtered, we store the olive oil in our cellar, in steel tanks that provide optimal conditions for preservation. Here, in a controlled environment, the oil matures gracefully, ready to enrich your culinary experiences with every drop.
Preparing and bottling
